Perth fashion set descends on Kalgoorlie [ Perth Now ]

THE West Australian fashion set will again descend on the goldfields as part of the fourth Kalgoorlie Fashion Week (KALFW) next month.

A culmination of local creativity thriving in the regional community of Kalgoorlie the event is set to feature designers, models, artists, performers, entertainers and businesses taking part in runway events, art workshops, live music and activations.

Started by Perth local Yasmin Walter, the mother of two said after years of working in the industry, she noticed there was hidden talent in Australia that needed a platform to showcase their talents.

“It’s an honour to be able to work closely with the community to offer talented designers and models who go onto showcase their work overseas,” she said.
