Re-energised fashion week sharpens local focus [ The West Australian ]

KALFW founder Yasmin Walter said last year’s show ran without a hitch in terms of production but a strong focus would be put on engaging the local community this year.

She said having a local model as the face of the event, a local photographer, producer and make-up artist as well as even more local designers and businesses involved, would give the town more ownership of the event.
