Savvy Yasmin a Top 50 entrepreneur [ECHO NEWS]

YASMIN Walter of Dayton wanted to go to business college when she was growing up. But she comes from a big family and they couldn’t afford it.

When she started her first business with her sister at 17 her business skills were mostly self-taught apart from a short stint at TAFE.

The 27-year-old said some of her business acumen might come from her Malaysian business mogul grandfather.

Last week she was named in the Top 50 Australian Female Entrepreneurs Under 40 list published on Shoe String Media – a Sydney-based media platform. She said she liked to think she had worked smart and not just hard though she had worked physically hard at times as well.
